During Covid, my uncle reached out to me with an idea. He was retiring from his career as a conductor for The Metro North after 36 years of traveling to and from NYC. He wrote down 101 stories about the crazy, funny, beautiful and heartbreaking things he’d seen on the train, and asked me to edit the book. I was honored to do so, and it was so exciting to see this quarantine project come to fruition. The book was self-published, and is now available on Amazon.
